自拟肾炎康颗粒治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的临床观察

Clinical observation of nephritis kang granule in the treatment of chronic nephritis proteinuria

目的:观察自拟肾炎康颗粒治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的临床疗效。方法:收治慢性肾炎蛋白尿患者60例,随机分为治疗组与对照组。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予自拟肾炎康颗粒治疗,比较两组疗效及治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量及血肌酐、尿素氮均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟肾炎康颗粒治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的临床疗效显著,能降低24h尿蛋白定量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of nephritis kang granule in the treatment of chronic nephritis proteinuria.Methods:60 cases of patients with chronic nephritis proteinuria were divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly.The control group was given routine treatment,and the treatment group was treated with nephritis kang granule based onthe control group.The curative effect,24 h urine protein,serum creatinine between groups before and after treatment werecompared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The 24 h urine protein,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen in the treatment group after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nephritis kang granule in the treatment of chronic nephritis proteinuria had significant clinical effect,which could reduce the 24 h urinary protein.
