颈动脉超声应用在冠心病患者诊断中的临床分析

Clinical analysis of carotid ultrasound in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease

目的:探讨颈动脉超声在冠心病诊断中的应用价值。方法:收治冠心病患者40例,以随机抽签法将其分为观察组和对照组各20例,观察组行颈动脉超声诊断,对照组行传统诊断方法。结果:观察组满意率、诊断准确率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:颈动脉超声用于冠心病患者诊断中,可提高诊断正确率。

Objective:To investigate the value of carotid ultrasound in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods:40 patients with coronary heart disease were selectrd.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 20 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were given carotid ultrasound diagnosis,while in the control group were received traditional diagnostic methods.Results:The satisfaction rate and diagnostic accuracy rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carotid ultrasound can improve the diagnostic accuracy in patients with coronary heart disease.
