心理干预对局部麻醉下行鼻中隔矫正术患者的影响观察

Effect observation of psychological intervention on patients with nasal septum correction under local anesthesia

目的:分析心理干预对局部麻醉下行鼻中隔矫正术患者的影响。方法:收治鼻中隔矫正术患者86例,随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,两组患者均给予常规护理,观察组于此基础上给予心理干预,比较两种护理模式的效果。结果:观察组患者焦虑评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:心理干预对局部麻醉下行鼻中隔矫正术患者可有效缓解术前焦虑情况,改善术中疼痛情况。

Objective:To analyze the effect of psychological intervention on patients with nasal septum correction under local anesthesia.Methods:86 patients with nasal septum correction were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 43 cases in each.The patients in the two groups were given routine nursing.The observation group was given psychological intervention on this basis.The effects of the two nursing mode were compared.Results:The anxiety score ofthe observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological intervention on patients with nasal septum correction under local anesthesia can effectively relieve preoperative anxiety,and improve intraoperative pain.
