摘要
完善的预见性心理护理机制与优质的护理服务息息相关。在临床护理中,加强预见性心理护理能明显提升服务质量,提高患者满意度。本文从情绪护理、医疗安全、异常行为观察、与家属沟通、病情变化观察、康复过程几方面阐述预见性心理护理。
Perfect foresight psychological care mechanism is closely related to high quality nursing service.In clinical nursing,strengthening predictive psychological nursing can significantly improve service quality and improve patient satisfaction. In this paper,the author discussed the predictive psychological nursing from the emotional care,medical security,behavior observation,communication with family members,condition changes observed,and rehabilitation process.
