静脉留置针在社区老年病房输液患者中的应用及效果研究

Application and effect of venous indwelling needle in transfusion of patients in community geriatric ward

目的:探讨静脉留置针在社区老年病房输液患者中的应用效果。方法:收治老年输液患者160例,随机分为常规组和试验组,常规组采用常规护理,试验组采用静脉留置针护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组患者舒适度、满意度评分和不良事件发生率均明显优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:静脉留置针在社区老年病房输液患者中的应用效果显著。

Objective:To explore the application effect of venous indwelling needle in transfusion of patients in community geriatric ward.Methods:160 elderly patients with transfusion were selected.They were randomly divided into the routine group and the experimental group.The routine group was given routine care.The experimental group was given intravenous indwelling needle care.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the comfort score,satisfaction score and incidence of adverse events were significantly better than the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of venous indwelling needle in transfusion of patients in community geriatric ward was significant.
