摘要
目的:分析锁骨下静脉穿刺置管术在危重患者中的应用及护理效果。方法:收治危重患者65例,所有患者均给予锁骨下静脉穿刺置管术,同时配合护理措施,分析其效果。结果:置管成功率可达100%,患者未出现严重并发症。护理前满意度明显高于护理后满意度。结论:在危重患者中,锁骨下静脉穿刺置管术配合有效的护理措施可以提高置管成功率。
Objective:To analyze the application and nursing effect of subclavian vein catheterization in critically ill patients.Methods:65 cases of critically ill patients were selected.They were given subclavian vein catheterization,and combined with nursing measures.The effect was analyzed.Results:The catheter success rate was 100%,and there was no serious complications.The satisfaction before nursing was higher than the satisfaction after nursing.Conclusion:In critically ill patients,the subclavian vein catheterization combined with effective nursing measures can improve the catheter success rate.
