持续质量改进在小儿静脉留置针穿刺护理管理中的临床应用效果

Clinical application effect of continuous quality improvement in pediatric venous indwelling needle puncture nursing management

目的:探讨小儿静脉留置针穿刺护理管理中应用持续质量改进(CQI)的临床效果。方法:收治需静脉留置针穿刺患儿74例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规干预,观察组采用CQI护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组针眼感染、导管堵塞、静脉炎发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),穿刺一次成功率和护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小儿静脉留置针穿刺护理管理中应用CQI的临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of continuous quality improvement(CQI) in pediatric venous indwelling needle puncture nursing management.Methods:74 cases of children with venous indwelling needle puncture were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine intervention.The observation group was given CQI care.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,needle infection,catheter obstruction,phlebitis incidence were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);the success rate of first puncture and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application effect of CQI in pediatric venous indwelling needle puncture nursing management was significant.
