针刀松解术康复治疗膝关节骨性关节炎62例疗效观察

Observation the curative effect of acupotomy operation rehabilitation treatment on 62 cases with knee osteoarthritis

目的:探讨针刀松解术康复治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:收治膝关节骨性关节炎患者62例,采用针刀松解术进行康复治疗。结果:治愈31例(50.0%),好转30例(48.4%),无效1例(1.6%),总有效率98.4%。结论:针刀松解术配合康复能有效治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,恢复膝关节正常生物力学平衡。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupotomy operation in rehabilitation treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Acupotomy surgery rehabilitation treatment on 62 patients with knee osteoarthritis were observed.Results:31 cases(50.0% ) were cured;30 cases(48.4% ) were improved;1 case(1.6% ) was ineffective;the total effective rate was 98.4% .Conclusion:Acupotomy surgery combined with rehabilitation can be effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and it also can restore normal knee biomechanical balance.
