上海市普陀区长征镇社区老年人群代谢综合征的患病情况及流行特征调查

Prevalence and epidemiological characteristics investigation of aged people with metabolic syndrome in Changzheng town community of Putuo district in Shanghai city

目的:调查上海市普陀区长征镇社区中老年人群代谢综合征(MS)的患病情况及流行特征。方法:选取上海市普陀区60岁及以上常住居民298例作为调查对象,调查MS的患病情况及流行特征。结果:65~69岁组DM、OB/OW、MS患病率均高于60~64岁组与≥70岁组(P<0.05)。MS组HDL-C、DBP、SBP、FBG、TG、BMI均高于代谢异常≤2种组与无代谢异常组(P<0.05)。结论:MS高危人群为BMI异常者,MS发病率随着年龄升高而增高。

Objective:To investigate the prevalence and epidemiological characteristics investigation of aged people with metabolic syndrome (MS) in Changzheng town community of Putuo district in Shanghai city.Methods:298 cases of residents aged 60 years old and over in Putuo district of Shanghai city were selected as the subjects to investigate the prevalence and epidemiological characteristics of MS.Results:The prevalence rate of DM,OB/OW,MS in 65～69 years old group were higher than those in the 60～64 years old group and over 70 years old group (P<0.05).The HDL-C,DBP,SBP,FBG,TG,BMI in the MS group were higher than those in the less than 2 kinds of abnormal metabolism group and the non-metabolic syndrome group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The person with abnormal BMI were the risk group of MS,the incidence of MS increased with age.
