高血压患者签约社区家庭医生模式效果评价

The effect evaluation of family doctor mode in hypertension patients

目的:探讨签约社区家庭医生模式对于社区高血压患者的医疗和管理效果。方法:收治社区高血压患者120例,平均分为研究组(采用社区家庭医生模式)和对照组。结果:研究组疾病知识评分、依从性、血压均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:签约社区家庭医生作为社区高血压患者管理的新兴模式,能高效控制病情、提高患者依从性。

Objective:To explore the effect of family doctor model on the medical treatment and management of community hypertension patients.Methods:120 patients with hypertension were selected.They were divided into the study group(the model of community doctors) and the control group in average.Results:The scores of disease knowledge,compliance and blood pressure of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:As a new model of community hypertension patients,the family doctor can effectively control the disease and improve the compliance of patients.
