妇产科护理中存在的安全隐患与防范管理

Analysis of the nursing existence safety hidden danger and guard management in the department of obstetrics and gynecology

目的:探讨妇产科临床护理中存在的安全隐患。方法:收治妇产科患者250例,先后实行常规护理操作和加强安全防范管理。结果:调查期间出现不良安全事件32次,发生率最高的分别是医嘱漏执行、医嘱漏签名、病历书写错误;安全防范管理后患者护理满意度明显高于管理前(P<0.05)。结论:加强安全隐患排查,制定可行性安全防范管理措施并严格执行有助于避免不良安全事件的发生,提高患者护理满意度,从而改善护患关系。

Objective:To explore the hidden danger of nursing in the department of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:250 cases selected from the department of obstetrics and gynecology.They were treated with routine nursing operation and strengthening safety management.Results:During the investigation,32 times adverse events occurred.The highest incidence were order execution,leakage signature,medical record writing orders management mistakes successively.Nursing satisfaction after security management was significantly higher than that before(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the safety risk investigation,the development of feasible safety management measures and strict implementation can help to avoid the occurrence of adverse security incidents,and improve patient care satisfaction,thereby improving nurse patient relationship.
