摘要
目的:探讨分层次管理在临床护理管理中的应用效果。方法:选取护理人员60例,随机分为对照组与观察组各30例,对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组采用分层次护理管理。结果:观察组的护理质量、工作效率、护理积极性、护理满意度、理论知识评分及操作技能评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:分层次管理在临床护理管理中应用效果良好,能明显地提升护理质量,有利于护理人员与患者间构建良好的护理关系。
Objective:To explore the application effect of hierarchical management in clinical nursing management.Methods:60 nurses were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing management,while in the observation group were divided into different levels of nursing management.Results:The nursing quality,work efficiency,nursing enthusiasm,nursing satisfaction,theoretical knowledge score and operation skill score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hierarchical management has good application effect in clinical nursing management.It can improve the quality of care significantly,and it also can help nurses and patients to build good nursing relationship.
