犬伤注射疫苗出现持续头晕不良反应1例

A case report of persistent dizziness adverse reaction caused by canine vaccination

目的:接种疫苗是暴露后处置、防范狂犬病发作的最重要步骤。犬伤注射疫苗后,对于高热情况,可采取舒适化护理措施,对于一些特殊、不常见的反应,需密切观察,确保生命健康。本文分析了1例使用犬苗2-1-1免疫程序后出现持续头晕不良反应的原因和护理对策。

Vaccination is the most important after disposal against rabies attack step.After canine vaccination,comfort nursing measures can be taken for the high fever;some special unusual reaction should be closely observed,to ensure the life and health.The causes and nursing countermeasures of adverse reactions were analyzed in 1 case after using 2-1-1 immunization procedure of dog seedling who have continued dizziness.
