摘要 空滤器在工作过程中会产生较大的振动,同时受到来自发动机等激振源的激励,会产生严重的振动响应,引起空滤器的开裂损坏和疲劳失效,同时这也是汽车的主要噪声源之一。因此,在设计过程中必须对滤清器进行模态分析,获得其固有频率,改进其设计,以减少其产生的振动与噪音。利用CAE软件建立某型汽车空滤器有限元模型,进行模态分析,得到分析结果。最后对结果进行了分析和评价,为改进和优化空滤器外壳结构提供参考和理论依据。 The air filter will cause large vibration in the working process, at the same time by the engine excitation excitation, the vibration response caused serious damage, cracking failure of air filter and fatigue, which is also one of the main noise source of automobile. Therefore, in the design process, it must be carried out on the filter modal analysis to obtain its natural frequency, and improved design to reduce vibration and noise.The finite element model of a certain type of automobile air filter is established by CAE software, and the modal analysis is carried out, and the results are analyzed. Finally, the results are analyzed and evaluated, which provides reference and theoretical basis for the improvement and optimization of the filter shell structure.
