摘要
文章系统分析了商用车制动气压表显示装置的发展现状、工作原理。该气压表显示装置采用电子式气压表传感器作为信号采集元件,步进电机驱动指针显示相应的气压值。此显示装置主要解决现在的显示装置采用机械式结构,弹簧变形量误差较大,气压表显示值出现不准,可靠性差等问题。
This paper systematically analyzes the commercial vehicle brake pressure gauge shows the development present situation, the working principle of the device. The barometer display device using electronic barometer sensor as signal acquisition device, stepper motor drive pointer display the corresponding pressure value. The display device mainly solves the current display device adopts a mechanical structure, spring deformation error the barometer, the display value are not allowed to appear, poor reliability problems.
