摘要 为了进一步提高电动方程式赛车的制动、加速性能,设计了一种用于大学生电动方程式汽车大赛的制动、加速踏板总成机构,通过安装滑道实现制动、加速踏板的前后位置的移动,使用平行四边形结构让加速传感器与加速踏板臂连接,避免了驾驶员对加速传感器的踩压致使传感器损坏,超行程开关通过底板上的圆孔槽可以实现前后位置的移动,可以快速实现超行程开关的定位。 In order to further improve the braking and acceleration performance of the electric formula car, a brake and accelerator pedal system is designed to the electric formula car racing for college students. By the installation of slide, the movement of the front and rear position of the braking pedal and accelerating pedal can be achieved. The acceleration sensor and the accelerator pedal arm are connected with the use of parallelogram structure, avoid the damage to the sensor caused by the driver's stepping on the acceleration sensor. The moving of the front and rear position can be realized through the round hole groove on the bottom plate of the overstroke switch, which can quickly realize the positioning of the overstroke switch.
