摘要
为了降低试验成本,通过还原汽车行驶过程中的受载情况,得到底盘大梁架的载荷谱。再用大型有限元分析软件Abaqus建立车架的有限元模型,赋予有限元模型与实际梁架一致的材料及载荷形式并进行应力分析。之后将有限元分析的结果信息以及载荷谱导入专业寿命评价软件Ncode中运行,得到底盘大梁架的疲劳可靠性分析结果并与理论结果进行对比分析,最后给出底盘大梁架的寿命次数。
In order to reduce the cost of text,through the load reduction in automobile driving process,recieve load spectrum of the chassis beam. Using the large finite element analysis software Abaqus to establish the model of the frame, Given the finite element model the actual beam consistent material and the loading type for stress analysis.Import the finite element information and load spectrum into professional life assessment software Ncode and run it, finally get the analysis results of reliability analysis from the chassis beam.Than compaerd with the theoretical results and show the life of the chassis frame.
