This paper introduces how to find the buildings with effects of the microwave communication, solve the responsibility problems of the obstructed channels, propose a new solution scheme, select the relay station,apply for 4 more frequency points, and make electromagnetic environmental tests of the four frequency points’circuits in the interrupt event, which caused by the obstructed microwave transmission main lines that provide information source for broadcast and TV radiating station on high mountains.
