经支气管镜^(125)I植入联合槐耳颗粒治疗晚期癌性肺不张和对CRF的影响

Bronchoscopic ^(125)I implantation combined with Huaier granules in the treatment of advanced malignant atelectasis and its influence on CRF

目的研究经支气管镜^(125)I粒子植入联合口服槐耳颗粒治疗多次放化疗后病情进展并发癌性肺不张患者的临床效果和对癌症相关性疲乏(CRF)的影响。方法 48例肺癌伴肺不张患者应用信封法随机分为对照组与试验组,各24例。两组患者经支气管镜进行^(125)I植入,试验组另加口服槐耳颗粒治疗,观察两组患者CRF发生情况和疗效。结果两组治疗有效率及1、2年生存率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组CRF发生率为25.0%,明显低于对照组的54.2%(P<0.05)。结论经支气管^(125)I粒子植入联合口服槐耳颗粒能有效治疗晚期癌性肺不张,并能有效减少患者CRF。

Objective To research clinical effect by bronchoscopic 125I seeds implantation combined with Huaier granules by oral administration in the treatment of patients with progress disease and complicated malignant atelectasis after multiple chemoradiotherapy and its influence on cancer-related fatigue (CRF).Methods A total of 48 patients with lung cancer and complicated atelectasis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 24 cases in each group. Both groups received bronchoscopic 125I seeds implantation, while the experimental group received additional Huaier granules by oral administrationfor treatment. Observation was made on CRF condition and curative effect in both groups. Results There wasno statistically significant difference of effective rate, 1-year and 2-year survival rates between the two groups (P>0.05). The experimental group had obviously lower incidence of CRF as 25.0% than 54.2% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of bronchoscopic 125I seeds implantation combined with Huaier granules by oral administration shows effective effect in treating advanced malignant atelectasis, along with effectively reduced CRF in patients.
