摘要
某型航行横向液货补给装置直接使用高强度补给软管连接两船的液货补给站和接收站,利用软管自身的强度来承受张力,采用液压系统驱动软管绞车来对补给软管在两船间的垂度进行自动补偿调节,使之保持在合理的范围。该文针对该补给装置液压系统的补偿作业要求,对液压系统的工作原理进行了论述,对软管绞车、引缆绞车、液压驱动系统等主要部件的设计计算和设备选型进行了研究。
A new type Liquid cargo alongside replenishment equipment use high strength lightweight tension hose directly under tension,drive winch to automatically adjust the hose between ships of sag by hydraulic system, and keep it in a reasonable range.In this paper, for the require of the compensation operation of the hydraulic system of the eplenishment equipment ,the working principle of hydraulic system is discussed. The design calculation and equipment selection of the main parts,such as hose winch, running line winch, hydraulic drive system,etc,are studied.
