摘要 该文对洗衣机轴总成的压装工位进行了研究。通过引入PLC和触摸屏等自动化设备,结合自主设计的一体化压装附具,设计了一套气液增压系统,既能够满足增大压装力的需求,也可以实现强制抽芯,并且还可以实现节省气源。PLC通过以太网与HMI进行通信,实验样机验证了压装工位系统的有效性。 The paper researches on the pressing station of the shaft assembly of the washing machine. Combined with autonomous designed chucking, a kind of an airdraulic pressurization system is designed based on PLC and HMI. It can satisfy the need for large pressure, and can pull out the core. Meanwhile, the system can save high pressure gas. Ethernet is adopted to link PLC and HMI. The experiment has validated the effect of this system.
