摘要 衰老作为机体自发的必然过程,会导致头发花白、皮肤褶皱、行动迟缓、记忆功能减退、多种脏器衰退等一系列退行性变化,甚至死亡。但有关衰老的机制十分复杂,迄今为止尚无统一认识,目前比较认可的学说有自由基学说、线粒体损伤学说、端粒学说等。大量先前的研究表明适量运动可以延缓衰老,且其与各个学说关系密切,如可增加体内SOD等抗氧化剂含量及抗氧化酶活性,减少自由基对机体的损害;提高机体氧化应激能力等。本文通过对人体各个系统的运动效应分析,重点论述了适度运动对老年机体产生的抗衰老作用以及提出详细的抗衰老科学运动计划,促进疾病康复,延缓衰老,提高生命质量。 Aging is the inevitable process of our body spontaneously, which will make us have gray hair, skin folds, a series of degenerative changes,and even death. But the mechanism of aging is very complex, so far there is no unified understanding.As we all know, free radical theory, mitochondrial damage theory, telomere theory might be admitted by most people at present.However, a large number of previous studies suggest that the moderate exercise can delay aging, which also have relationship with various theories closely, For example, exercise can increase the content of antioxidants such as SOD and the activity of antioxidant enzymes, reduce the damage of free radicals to our body and improve the ability of oxidative stress ability. In conclusion, our study discusses the anti-aging effects of the moderate exercise on the elderly by analyzing the motion effects oneach system of human body. What’s more, we’ve made a scientificallyanti-agingplanto promote the rehabilitation of disease and improve the quality of life.
