新疆地区维吾尔族正常牙合成人牙弓后段的X线片初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:测量新疆维吾尔族正常牙合成人头颅侧位片上牙弓后段的长度并对其上、下颌第三磨牙的生长发育状况进行评估分析,为临床正畸矫治设计、评估矫治效果及其稳定性的衡量提供参考依据。方法:选择新疆地区在校大学生18~24岁正常牙合维吾尔族成年人60例(其中男33例、女27例),平均(21.63±2.34)岁,拍摄曲面断层片及头颅侧位片,对其进行头影测量及统计学分析。结果:该年龄段维吾尔族正常牙合成人上牙弓后段长度男性(17.68±2.53)mm稍大于女性(17.32±2.30)mm,下牙弓后段长度男性(14.12±2.34)mm稍大于女性(13.56±2.49)mm,且上下颌牙弓后段长度统计学分析男女性别无显著性差异。上下颌第3磨牙出现率上颌为83.6%,下颌86.3%。下颌第三磨牙大多数均垂直向高位阻生,部分上颌第三磨牙为过小牙。结论:新疆维吾尔族正常牙合成人牙弓后段长度、第三磨牙出现率与汉族相比无显著性差异,但在下颌第三磨牙的萌出方向上存在不同,萌出方向以垂直向为主,此研究结果可以为分析新疆维吾尔族正常牙合成人牙弓后段状况提供参考。 Objective To investigate the posterior arch length and analysis the third molar embryo of individual normal occlusion Uigurs adults in Xinjiang. Methods In the study,60 current college Uigurs students from Xinjiang Province were selected to take lateral cephalograms,they are all with individual normal occlusion, and with a mean age of (21.63±2.34)years (range 18-24years),including 33 males and 27 females,Then all the subjects conducted the analysis of cephalometry and statistics. Results The length of posterior arch of maxillary was(17.68±2.53) mm in males and (17.32±2.30) mm in females,the posterior arch length of mandible was (14.12±2.34) mm in males and (13.56±2.49) mm in females,although they all had some differences,but no gender difference conclusion were got from the statistics analysis.The occurrence ratio of the third molar embryo was 83.6% in maxilla and 86.3% in mandible. Conclusion The data acquired from this study will be helpful for our clinical study and practice, let us make a comprehensive diagnosis and clinical treatment.
