摘要
目的:研究比较数字化比色与比色板比色在复合树脂填充龋坏牙体缺损中的应用效果。方法:将68例患者随机分为目测组与仪器组,对两组患者的对侧上颌中切牙分别用Vita3D-Master比色板和Vita Easyshade比色仪进行比色。根据比色结果制作填充体,比较两组患者填充体与天然牙的总色差,以及患者对填充体的满意度。结果:1分别测量两组患者天然牙色调,目测组色调重复率低于仪器组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2目测组患者填充体与天然牙之间的△E*为(2.85±1.62)NBS,仪器组填充体与天然牙之间的△E*为(2.13±1.16)NBS。两组患者填充体与天然牙△E*比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3目测组患者对填充体满意率(85.3%)与仪器组患者对填充体满意率(97.1%)相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:综上所述,数字化比色在测色重复率和色泽选择方面要优于比色板比色,但两组患者满意度区别不大,而数字化比色能否取代比色板比色还需进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the application effect of Digital color matching and color board on decay missing filling tooth by composite resin filling. Methods 68 cases were chosen as study objects and divided into visual group and instrument group with 34 cases in each group. In The color of Lateral maxillary central incisors of the two groups were observed by Vita3D-Master and Vita Easyshade. The filling body was made according to the colorimetric results. The total chromatic aberration between the filling body and the natural teeth was compared between the two groups and patient satisfaction withfilling body. Results ① Natural tooth color of the two groups were detected, tonal repetition rate of visual group was lower than instrument group, the difference was statistic significant (P <0.05). ② △E* of filling tooth and nature tooth was (2.85±1.62)NBS, △E* of filling tooth in instrument group and nature tooth was (2.13±1.16)NBS. The difference of △E* between filling tooth and nature tooth was statistic significant (P <0.05). ③ Difference of satisfaction rate between visual group (85.3%) and instrument group (97.1%) was not statistic significant (P >0.05). Conclusion Digital color matching is better than color board on color measurement repetition rate and chosen of color, but satisfaction degree of the two groups has no much difference,whether Digital color matching can replace color board needs further study.
