综合隆鼻术后使用负压引流的疗效观察

Observation on the Efficacy of Negative Pressure Drainage after Comprehensive Rhinoplasty

目的:探讨综合隆鼻部手术后使用负压引流的临床疗效。方法:纳入2011年10月-2015年10月在我院实施综合隆鼻手术的患者80例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。实验组术后即刻放置负压引流至术后24~48h取出,对照组未放置。所有患者术后均实施常规护理,在术后1d、3d、5d、7d、10d五个时间点观察,比较两组患者的肿胀程度、疼痛程度等指标。结果:两组患者伤口愈合时间相同,均未发生感染;实验组术后肿胀瘀青明显较对照组轻,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组术后疼痛明显较对照组轻,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合隆鼻术后使用负压引流对于减轻鼻部的瘀青血肿和疼痛有较为确定的疗效,并且安全实用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of negative pressure drainage after comprehensive rhinoplasty. Methods 80 patients who received comprehensive rhinoplasty from october 2011 to october 2015 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and each group included 40 cases. The negative pressure drainage was placed immediately after surgery for 24-48h in experimental group,while wasn’t placed in control group. With postoperative routine nursing, each group was observed 1,3,5,7,10 days after operation, and the degree of swelling and ache was compared with each other. Results There was no difference between the two groups in the healing time of incision, and no one suffered from infection. Swelling and bruise after surgery in experimental group was lighter than that in control group(P <0.05), and ache after surgery in experimental group was lighter than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The negative pressure drainage after comprehensive rhinoplasty can relieve swelling, bruise and ache effectively, which is safe and practical.
