平泉饮食类非物质文化遗产旅游纪念品开发探究 被引量:6

摘要 开发饮食类非物质文化遗产旅游纪念品是为了传承、发展和保护饮食类非物质文化遗产。在平泉诸多的饮食中,被开发成非物质文化遗产产品的饮食目前有六种,分别为"平泉羊汤"、"改刀肉"、"八珍御酒"、"御膳糖饼"、"山庄老酒"和"春发斋大救驾"。这些非遗饮食产品大多已经形成相关的产业,取得了很好的经济效益,有些饮食已经远近闻名,畅销全国,成为平泉的名片。平泉的非遗饮食作为旅游纪念品开发有着它自身的核心优势。开发平泉饮食类非遗旅游纪念品也要有其配套的支持系统、产品体系和传播策略。 The purpose of exploiting the dietetic tourist souvenir in non-material cultural heritage is to inherit, develop and protect it. Among the numerous foods in Pingquan county, there are altogether six kinds which have been developed into the products of non-material cultural heritage. And they are “Pingquanyangtang”, “Gaidaorou, Bazhenyujiu”, “Yushantangbing”, “Shanzuanglaojiu” and “Chunfazhaidajiujia”. Most of these diet products have already shaped the related industry, and obtained very good economic benefits. Some of them have been known far and wide and sold well all over the country, which have become name cards of Pingquan. The dietetic non-material cultural heritage in Pingquan which is exploited as tourist souvenir has its own core strengths. Meanwhile, it also needs related support, product system and the strategy of spreading.
