The purpose of exploiting the dietetic tourist souvenir in non-material cultural heritage is to inherit, develop and protect it. Among the numerous foods in Pingquan county, there are altogether six kinds which have been developed into the products of non-material cultural heritage. And they are “Pingquanyangtang”, “Gaidaorou, Bazhenyujiu”, “Yushantangbing”, “Shanzuanglaojiu” and “Chunfazhaidajiujia”. Most of these diet products have already shaped the related industry, and obtained very good economic benefits. Some of them have been known far and wide and sold well all over the country, which have become name cards of Pingquan. The dietetic non-material cultural heritage in Pingquan which is exploited as tourist souvenir has its own core strengths. Meanwhile, it also needs related support, product system and the strategy of spreading.
