摘要
从沥青胶结料粘弹性能角度对不同环氧树脂掺量(5%,10%,15%,20%,25%,30%,40%)下环氧沥青胶结料进行研究,以揭示环氧掺量与沥青胶结料性能关系。对不同环氧树脂掺量沥青进行PG分级的评价,并与70#基质沥青、PG76改性沥青作比对,提出了普通路面掺量10%~15%、混凝土桥面掺量15%~20%、钢桥面掺量20%~40%树脂掺量比例的建议。
As from the point view of asphalt viscoelasticity, study on epoxy asphalt binder with different amount of epoxy (5%,10%,15%,20%,25%,30%,40%) has been carried out to find out the relationship between the amount of epoxy and properties of asphalt binder. On the basis of PG ratings for asphalt with different amount of epoxy, with comparison with 70# base asphalt and PG76 modified asphalt, it has been suggested that 10%~15% amount for ordinary pavement, 15%~20% amount for concrete bridge deck pavement and 20%~40% amount for steel bridge deck pavement.
