Characteristics and Cause Analysis on Long and Longitudinally Steep Expressway Sections with Many Accidents

采用宏观统计与微观深度分析相结合的方法,分析某高速公路长大纵坡交通事故特征、线性特征、运行速度特征以及导致长大下坡事故多发情况下各种因素的特性,全面、客观地分析导致交通事故发生的原因,为制定高速公路的安全保障措施提供依据。

Accidents happen easily within long and steep longitudinally steep expressway sections, in order to study the cause mechanism of accidents within long and steep longitudinally steep expressway sections, the factors that may cause the accidents have been studied, and the causes of the accidents have been summed up. In this paper, by adopting a method of combining macro and micro deep statistical analysis, the traffic accident characteristics, alignment characteristics and driving speed characteristics have been studied for the long and steep longitudinally steep section of a expressway, the characteristics of various factors leading to accidents within long and steep longitudinally steep expressway sections have been analyzed and summed up, the causes of traffic accidents have been comprehensively and objectively analyzed, the basis for the safety and security measures of the expressway has been provided.
