摘要
衡量一所学校教育教学质量高低,不应只看这所学校的考试成绩如何,而应看在这里的每个生命是否真正享受到公平教育,其潜能是否得到充分发展。基于公平的学校教育质量提升的价值追求是"让每个生命的潜能都能得到更好发展"。具体策略为:让每位学生都能参与课程建构,在课程建构中促进他们生命潜能的充分发展;让每位学生都能参与活动实践,在活动实践中促进他们生命潜能的充分发展;让每位学生都能参与课堂展示,在课堂展示中促进他们生命潜能的充分发展。
To measure the quality of school education should not only depend on exam achievements,but also on whether every life truly enjoys fair education and fully develops their potentials, the value goal of which is “Let everyone’s potentials have the chance to better develop”. Concrete strategies can be employed:every student can participate in construction to fully express their life potentials, every student can take partin activity to facilitate their potentials, and every student can display themselves in classroom to promote their potential development.
