摘要
面对学校进入深度课改的关键期,如何从个性化发展目标出发建构适合师生、适切学校发展的学校课程体系?清英外国语学校三年多的探索历程是:在学校个性化发展目标体系的建构中起步,在支持个性化发展的课程体系建设中前行,在优化课程开发、实施与管理的研究中发展,在改革课程评价的内容与方式的研究中创新,在此过程中形成了独特的学校课程管理理念、原则与策略,并最终推动了师生与学校个性化发展目标的实现。
In the critical period of school’s entry into deep curriculum reform, how can we construct school curriculum system from the individual development, which is suitable for teachers, students and school development. Recalling over three years of exploration shows that our school starts from the constructing of individual developmental system, proceeds in supporting individual development, further progresses in optimizing research into exploitation, implementation and administration, and creates in reforming the assessing contents and styles. As a result, we have formulated unique ideas, principles and strategies of school curriculum administration, fi nally realizing the goal of individual development of teachers, students and school.
