摘要
采用浸泡法研究了382不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)耐电厂废水的腐蚀性能,浸泡时间为15天,通过考核由382UPR制成的玻璃钢试块浸泡前后质量、厚度、弯曲强度,巴氏硬度的变化和介质颜色的变化及玻璃钢试块表面状态的变化判断382UPR耐腐蚀性能,结果表明:在15~45℃范围内,382UPR耐电厂工段一废水和工段二废水腐蚀.
We have studied the properties of corrosion resistance of the382unsaturated polyester resin(382UPR)against power plants waste water by soaking test of FRP samples made from382UPR.The soaking time was15days.We could determine the corrosion resistance properties of382UPR by seeing the changes of quality,thickness,bendingstrength,Barcol hardness,color of the medium and surface of FRP samples.The results show that382UPR resists thecorrosion of the waste water of Section I and Section II in the power plant within the range of15~45℃.
