打造衡水农产品物流配送基地,对增强农产品配送能力、实现农产品保值增值、促进现代农业发展等方面具有重要作用.在京津冀协同发展的背景下,衡水市农产品物流配送业快速发展,发展环境和条件不断改善,服务水平和能力有所提高,物流配送规模不断扩大,基础设施建设不断加强,信息化初露端倪.但是,我市农产品物流配送发展总体水平不高,发展方式还比较粗放,配送企业专业水平参差不齐,采购、配送等环节衔接不紧密,产业关联度较弱,对农业的物流支撑水平仍然较低.今后,应加大政府扶持指导力度,明确目标,抓紧规划,加快农产品物流配送基地快速建设;优化和完善农产品配送中心,提高物流设施建设整体水平;积极进行农产品物流配送的信息化建设;加强物流人才建设.
