摘要
高校科研经费投入与科研成果产出之间存在何种关联性,是有效分配资源、合理利用经费的重要依据.选取1994-2014年间的年度数据,建立Almon多项式分布滞后模型进行实证分析,研究两变量之间的关联性.实证结果显示,我国高校科研经费投入与科研成果产出存在长期均衡关系.从总体水平来看,科研经费投入每增加1%,在3年内使得科研成果产出数量增加0.396%.
The relationship between the input and the output of college scientific research funds is an important basis ofallocating resource effectively and utilizing funds reasonably.This paper chooses the annual data from the year of1994to2014,constructs the Almon polynomial distributed lag model to make the empirical analysis,in order to research therelationship of the two variables.The empirical results indicate that the input of college scientific research funds and theoutput have a long-term equilibrium relationship.From the overall level,every1%increase of the scientific researchfunds will bring0.396%increases of output within three years.
