摘要
发展中医药,人力资源是关键。本文通过对甘肃省特色医疗改革下中医药人力资源存量的数量、质量、配置、开发与培养等深入研究及问题识别,探索其体系建设的有效途径,为相关部门更好研究和规划中医药人力资源提供参考,从而实现甘肃中医药特色医疗改革的可持续发展。
Human resources are the key to TCM development.This article explored the effective channels toconstruct the system by deeply studying and identifying problem of the quantity,quality,configuration,developmentand training of TCM human resources under the characteristic medical reform of Gansu Province to providereferences for better research and plan of TCM human resources for relevant department,further to realize thesustabile development of TCM characteristic medical reform in Gansu Province.
