基于SF-36量表的加减毓麟汤改善卵巢早衰脾肾阳虚证患者生活质量临床评价

Clinical Evaluation on Improving Living Quality of Patients with Yang-deficiency of Spleen and Kidney of Premature Ovarian Failure with Modified Yulin Decoction Based on SF-36 Scale

目的观察加减毓麟汤对卵巢早衰脾肾阳虚证患者生活质量的改善作用。方法将127例患者采用小样本病例非随机非劣效性对照研究方法分为试验组80例和对照组47例。试验组予加减毓麟汤,每日1剂,早晚分服;对照组口服戊酸雌二醇片加黄体酮人工周期治疗。2组均连续用药21 d,疗程间隔5 d。3个用药周期为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。治疗前后采用SF-36量表计算8个维度得分及总分。结果治疗前2组SF-36量表各维度(除躯体疼痛)评分及总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前比较,试验组SF-36量表各维度评分及总分提高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。对照组总分、精神健康评分提高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。治疗后2组活力、精神健康2个维度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组SF-36量表总分差值及生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康7个维度评分差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论加减毓麟汤可改善卵巢早衰脾肾阳虚证患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of the modified Yulin Decoction on improving the living quality ofpatients with yang-deficiency of the spleen and kidney of premature ovarian failure.Methods One hundred andtwenty-seven patients were divided into experimental group(80)and control group(47)by non-randomizednoninferiority comparative study.The experimental group was treated with modified Yulin Decoction daily orally oncea day.The control group was treated with oral estradiol valerate and progesterone cycle.Two groups receivedcontinuous medication for21d,and treatment interval was5d.Three cycles of treatment were set as one course,andtreated for2courses.The SF-36scale was used to calculate the total scores and scores of eight dimensions before andafter treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the scores of SF-36dimensions(except somatic pain)and total score between the two groups.Compared with before treatment,the scoreand total score of SF-36in the experimental group increased(P<0.05,P<0.01).The mental health score of the controlgroup was higher than that of before treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01).After treatment,there was statistical significance inthe two dimensions of vitality and mental health in the two groups(P<0.05).There were significant differences(P<0.01)in the total score and scores of SF-36physiological function,physical pain,general health,vigor,socialfunction,emotional function and mental health between the two groups.Conclusion Modified Yulin Decoction canimprove the living quality of patients with yang-deficiency of the spleen and kidney of premature ovarian failure.
