疼痛护理对强直性脊柱炎患者疼痛程度及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of pain nursing on the quality of the degree of pain in patients with ankylosing spondylitis and sleep

目的探讨疼痛护理对强直性脊柱炎患者疼痛程度及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取强直性脊柱炎患者70例作为本次研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,均采取传统护理干预,而实验组加用疼痛护理干预,后比较两组患者疼痛及睡眠质量改善情况。结果经护理,两组患者的疼痛情况均有一定的缓解,且实验组患者的疼痛评分(1.03±0.14)明显优于对照组(3.21±1.20),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经护理后,实验组患者各项睡眠质量评分总分(4.56±0.21)显著低于对照组(6.53±0.22),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意率为94.29%,同对照组74.29%相比,显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对强直性脊柱炎患者采取疼痛护理能改善患者的疼痛程度及睡眠质量,有较好的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of pain nursing on the quality of the degree of pain in patients with ankylosing spondylitis and sleep. Methods A total of 2015 from January to December in our hospital for treatment of disease in patients with ankylosing spondylitis (as) in 70 patients as the object of study, and were randomly assigned to the control group and the experimental group, were taken traditional nursing intervention,and experimental group and with pain nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients with pain and sleep quality improvement. Results After nursing, alleviate the two groups of patients with pain were, and patients in the experimental group pain score (1.03±0.14) was significantly better than the control group (3.21±1.20), the improvement is more significant(P<0.05). Data show that, after the nursing care, the quality of the experimentalgroup were sleep score (4.56±0.21) was significantly lower than the control group (6.53±0.22), the data contrast differences(P<0.05). Patients in the observation group nursing satisfaction rate was 94.29%, compared with 74.29% in the control group was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The pain nursing care of patients with ankylosing spondylitis can improve the degree of pain and sleep quality, there is a good clinical value.
