全面护理和常规护理在肝癌切除术后患者中的护理效果分析

Nursing effect analysis of comprehensive nursing and routine nursing in patients after liver cancer resection

目的分析全面护理和常规护理在肝癌切除术后患者中的护理效果。方法抽取40例肝癌切除患者用随机方式将其分为对照组和观察组,每组20例,观察组给予全面护理,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组患者的生活质量。结果护理后,观察组的生理机能、生理职能、精神健康、情感职能、社会功能、精力、躯体疼痛及一般健康状况评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肝癌切除患者实施全面护理效果显著,能有效提高其生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing and routine nursing in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma after hepatectomy. Methods 40 patients with liver cancer resection were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 20 cases in each group, the observation group was given comprehensive nursing, the control group received routine care, compared the 2 groups of patients' quality of life. Results After nursing, the observation group of physiological function, physiological function, mental health, emotional function, social function,energy, body pain and general health scores were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing effect for patients with liver cancer resection is significant, it can effectively improve the quality of life, it is worth promoting.
