低温等离子靶点消融术联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究 被引量:62

摘要 低温等离子消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症(lumbardischerniation,LDH)是本世纪初开始在我国应用的一种微创介入技术,通常被称为“低温等离子射频消融髓核成形术”[1~3],主要对髓核进行消融和再塑成形,从而降低椎间盘内压,然后依靠纤维环的弹性回缩功能使突出物回缩而间接减轻对神经根的压迫刺激;而射频靶点热凝术是我国学者率先提出并应用于LDH的一种技术,主要对突出物靶点部位进行热凝固,使突出物体积略微缩小而直接减轻对神经根的压迫刺激。正是由于低温等离子射频消融髓核成形术是间接减压,所以疗效和适应证都有局限,与几乎同时开始起步的射频靶点热凝术相比,前者在国内的应用远不如后者普及。
