基于典型入库径流的水库供水预警研究——以温岭市湖漫水库为例 被引量:2

摘要 针对以水库为主水源的区域,为避免因干旱灾害在不知情或准备不足时发生,开展了水库供水预警研究。在明确了水库供水预警含义的基础上,选取蓄水量为预警指标,将水库预警线划分为2个等级、3个时期,并提出了基于典型入库径流量及过程的预警线确定方法。以温岭市城区的主要水源—湖漫水库为例,在确定预警期基础上,划定了水库分级分期预警线,以便更好地指导干旱期湖漫水库供水运行管理,使温岭市城区社会经济不受干旱影响,确保平稳有序度过不同程度的干旱期。 In view of the areas using reservoirs as major water sources,the early warning to reservoir storage is needed in order to take measures ahead of the water shortage. This paper defined early warning of water storage,selected storage capacity as early warning indicators which are divided into three periods of the two grades,and put forward the methodto determine the staging and grading threshold of the warning index on the base of the runoff into the reservoir. Thispaper took Human Reservoir, the main water source of the urban area in Wen-ling city,as research object,identified thestaging and grading threshold of the warning index which is based on the specific period of early warning. The results of this study can guide water supply operation management of Human Reservoir during the drought period,so that the urban area would not be unduly influenced by the lack of water in terms of the economy and society,and it can get through different degrees of drought period smoothly.
