乡村旅游者满意度调查研究——以大连市为例

A Study on Satisfaction of Rural Tourists-Taking Dalian City as an Example

通过问卷调查及实地考察等方法对大连市乡村旅游者满意度进行研究,发现在服务设施、服务质量、乡村环境、旅游产品等方面存在问题,提出拓宽设施供给渠道、不断提升服务质量、积极保护乡村环境、大力开发特色产品等建议。

Through questionnaire investigation, on-the-spot investigation and the other methods, a research is carried out on the satisfaction of the rural tourists in Dalian. Some problems are found out in service facilities, the service quality, the rural environment,and the tourism products. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward in broadening the facilities supply channels, constantly improving the quality of service, actively protecting the rural environment and vigorously developing the characteristic products.
