公共交通优先发展已经成为城市交通发展的重要战略之一,公交和轨道交通是公共交通的重要组成部分,东京、伦敦、纽约、巴黎等全球城市的公交和轨道交通发展较早,系统相对完善且服务水平较高。该文通过与全球城市对比,充分认识上海与其他全球城市比较,公交和轨道交通发展的优势和劣势,为上海发展成为全球城市,建成达到世界先进水平的综合交通体系提供参考。

The priority development of public transport has become one of the important strategies for the development of urban traffic; public transport and rail transit are important components of public transport. Tokyo, London, New York, Paris and global other cities, the development of public transport and rail transit earlier, their service systems are relatively perfect and have high level. By comparing with global cities, the advantages and disadvantages of public transport and rail transit development between Shanghai and other global cities should be understood fully. The paper provides a reference for setting up shanghai comprehensive transport system having international advanced level.
