摘要
该文基于对上海市轨道交通行业信访突出矛盾的梳理,通过分析信访突出矛盾的特征表现及分类,重点总结信访突出矛盾的处置经验,提出化解信访突出矛盾的建议。
Based on prominent contradiction refl ecting from petition letter on Shanghai rail transit industry, by analyzing their features and classifi cation, the petition letter contradictions management experience summarized, the suggestions to resolve the petition letter contradiction are put forward.
