摘要 介绍了倒闸操作过程中5051断路器分闸不成功事件过程,通过对该故障断路器进行拆分检查、测试及分析,指出该断路器发生轴承锈蚀导致合闸弹簧未完全释放,不能给分闸弹簧储能,是断路器分闸不成功的主要原因,针对此类断路器故障并从一次结构、二次信号回路等方面提出改进措施,避免了断路器拒动故障的发生。 Introduction was made to the refusal-operation of 5051 circuit breakers in the process of switching operation. This paper carried out splitting inspection, test and analysis for the malfunction circuit breaker and pointed out that the rusting bearings made the closing spring not completely released in the circuit breaker, which couldn’t store energy for the tripping spring, being the main reason of unsuccessful tripping of the circuit breaker. In allusion to this type of circuit breakers faults, the primary structure and the second signal circuits, this paper proposed improved measures, so as to prevent the circuit breakers refusal-operation from happening.
