在线旅游平台服务质量评价及其提升策略研究 被引量:7

摘要 近年来,在线旅游平台相继涌现,在线旅游服务已逐步成为一种新的业态,但目前存在着商业模式单一、服务水平有待提高等问题。本文聚焦于其存在的问题,根据在线旅游平台面向的个性化需求和发展趋势,对在线旅游平台服务质量的评价指标的特点进行了分析,在此基础上对现有主要评价体系作了相应的完善,为提升在线旅游企业服务质量提供科学依据,论文最后对在线旅游平台服务质量的提升提出了相应策略,以期促进在线旅游业态在我国旅游业实现可持续发展进程中发挥更大的作用。 Recently, online travel platform has become a kind of new format, however, there are also some problems,such as simplex business model, low service level,etc. Focusing on the problem ,according to the requirements of the development trend of online travel platform and personalized needs of customers, this paper has consummated the service qualityevaluation index of online travel platform, so as to provide the scientific basis for the management of online travel company.At the end, based on the research results, this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies to improve the service quality of online travel platforms,so as to emphasize the essential role of online travel in the health and sustainable developmentof tourism industry in our country.
