经桡动脉途径介入手术治疗冠心病的临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of interventional procedure by the radial artery path in the treatment of coronary heart disease

目的:详细探究经桡动脉途径介入手术治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法:收治冠心病患者40例。随机平分为两组。观察组经桡动脉途径介入手术进行治疗;对照组采用股动脉介入途径进行治疗。对两组患者穿刺情况以及术后并发症进行统计和分析。结果:两组均穿刺成功,对照组术后并发症发生率20.00%,高于观察组的5.00%(P<0.05)。结论:对于冠心病患者,采用经桡动脉途径介入手术进行治疗,穿刺成功率高,并发症发生率低,疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of interventional procedure by the radial artery path in the treatment ofcoronary heart disease.Methods:40patients with coronary heart disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the twogroups on average.Patients in the observation group were treated by interventional procedure by the radial artery path.The controlgroup was treated with femoral artery intervention.The puncture situation and postoperative complications of the two groups werestatistically analyzed.Results:Patients were all successfully punctured in the two groups.The incidence of postoperativecomplications in the control group was20.00%,higher than5.00%of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients withcoronary heart disease,the use of interventional procedure by the radial artery path for treatment can get high success rate ofpuncture,with low incidence of complications and significant efficacy.
