纤维支气管镜下支气管结核冷冻治疗的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of cryotherapy of bronchial tuberculosis under fiberbronchoscope

目的:探讨纤维支气管镜下支气管结核冷冻治疗的临床疗效。方法:收治支气管结核患者84例,随机分为试验组与对照组,对照组采用传统纤维支气管镜治疗,试验组采用纤维支气管镜冷冻辅助治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组的痰菌转阴率和总有效率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:纤维支气管镜下支气管结核冷冻治疗的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of cryotherapy of bronchial tuberculosis under fiberbronchoscope.Methods:84patients with bronchial tuberculosis were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the controlgroup.The control group was treated with conventional fiberbronchoscope.The experimental group was treated byfiberbronchoscope frozen adjuvant therapy.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the sputum negative conversion rate and total effective rate were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of cryotherapy of bronchial tuberculosis under fiberbronchoscope was significant.
