度洛西汀与帕罗西汀治疗老年抑郁症患者的效果研究

Efficacy of duloxetine and paroxetine in the treatment of depression in elderly patients

目的:探讨度洛西汀与帕罗西汀治疗老年抑郁症的效果。方法:收治老年抑郁症患者90例,随机分成A组和B组,A组采用度洛西汀治疗,B组采用帕罗西汀治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1~2周后,A组患者HAMD睡眠障碍因子、PSQI评分明显低于B组(P<0.05);治疗4周后两组数据比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:度洛西汀与帕罗西汀治疗老年抑郁症均可获得显著效果,度洛西汀起效更快,早期患者主观睡眠质量改善情况优于帕罗西汀。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of duloxetine and paroxetine in the treatment of depression in elderly patients.Methods:90elderly patients with depression were selected.They were randomly divided into the A group and the B group.The Agroup was treated with duloxetine.The B group was treated with paroxetine.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in total effective rate between groups(P>0.05).After treatment for1to2weeks,theHAMD sleep disorder factor and PSQI in the A group were significantly lower than those in the B group(P<0.05).After4weeks oftreatment,there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Duloxetine and paroxetine can get significanteffect in the treatment of senile depression,duloxetine worked faster,and early subjective sleep quality improvement was superiorto paroxetine.
