无痛性子宫动脉栓塞术介入治疗子宫肌瘤的效果分析

Effect analysis of painless uterine artery embolization in the interventional treatment of hysteromyoma

目的:探讨无痛性子宫动脉栓塞术介入治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法:收治子宫肌瘤患者74例,随机分成观察组(无痛性子宫动脉栓塞术介入治疗)和对照组(传统开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术),各37例,对比两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:子宫肌瘤无痛性介入治疗不仅能够保留患者的生育功能,还可减少并发症,不会给患者造成任何的损伤。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of painless uterine artery embolization in the interventional treatment ofhysteromyoma.Methods:74patients with hysteromyoma were selected.They were randomly divided into the observationgroup(painless uterine artery embolization interventional treatment)and the control group(traditional laparotomy myomectomy)with37cases in each.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time,intraoperatve blood soss,hospitalization time and complication rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteromyoma painless interventional treatment can not only retain the fertility function of patients,but also canreduce complications,and it will not cause any damage to the patients.
