推拿加穴位注射治疗肩周炎120例临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect of massage and acupoint injection in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis in 120 cases

目的:探讨推拿+穴位注射治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:收治肩周炎患者240例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用穴位注射治疗,观察组采用推拿+穴位注射治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组VAS评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组4项评分均明显改善(P<0.05),观察组关节活动度改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:推拿+穴位注射治疗肩周炎可有效改善患者临床症状,提高患者康复质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of massage combined with acupoint injection in the treatment ofscapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:240patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were selected.They were randomly dividedinto the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with acupoint injection.The observation group wastreated by massage combined with acupoint injection.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,four itemsscores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the joint activity improvement in the observation group wassignificantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage combined with acupoint injection in the treatment ofscapulohumeral periarthritis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the quality of rehabilitation.
