摘要
目的:探讨乌梅汤加减治疗腹泻的临床效果。方法:收治腹泻患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组给予乌梅汤治疗,对照组给予蒙脱石散治疗。对比两组患者的症状改善情况以及并发症情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乌梅汤加减治疗腹泻总有效率高,未见明显不良反应。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Wumei decoction adjusted in the treatment of diarrhea.Methods:60patientswith diarrhea were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with30cases in each.Thetreatment group was given Wumei decoction treatment.The control group was given montmorillonite powder treatment.Theimprovement of symptoms and complications were compared between groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatmentgroup was93.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The total effective rate ofWumei decoction in the treatment of diarrhea is high,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.
